Steering gear, electrical, bilge (check for signs of lots of water a lot of the time). The rest should be cosmetic and I don’t think this has hydraulic steering

Take the boat to a good mechanic and pay them for an inspection if it passes your initial (trailer) tire kicking. It will be the best $150 you can spend on a prospective boat. You may also want to arrange to take it out and trial it before buying, which is a common thing when buying and selling boats.

Drat foiled again, I would take it to Florida, start my own business. Pay for said van and boat. Then retire or end up showing people,”my little friend”.
